Repair Policy
Oklahoma Telephone has installed interface units at all subscriber locations. You can plug your telephone into it to help determin if the problem is in your equipment or in Company owned facilities.
The following charges may apply for repairs made at your request to telephone instruments or inside wiring: a Maintenance Call Charge, the cost of any material used in repair and labor charges at the Company's current rate.
An optional maintenance program, known as Phone-Care, is being offered by Oklahoma Telephone. For a low monthly rate subscribers can participate in the Phone-Care program and put their maintenance worries aside. Call your local business office for details.
Directory Ordering
Every Subscriber will be mailed one copy of their local exchange area's directory. Subscribers may obtain additional copies of their local exchange area's directory by going to their local business office.
Directories for other areas also may be obtained. For information contact the local business office.
Liabilities
Every effort is made to make the directory as accurate as possible. In case of error or omission, no liability is assumed by the Company. Should an error or omission occur, please notify your business office at one.
The Company reserves the right to change any telephone number at any time. The Company cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Subscribers are responsible for all toll charges for calls originating at their telephone.
Call Before You Dig
Before digging postholes, trenches, etc. call OKIE, 811 or Statewide 1-877-234-8344, to make sure there are no telephone cables nearby. If there are, we will locate them for you so you can avoide cutting them.
